What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy throughout. Very good communication.
CalTech's leadership team truly believes in putting people first. They genuinely care about your professional and personal life.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it's reevaluated more than just once a year. If I have an achievement (certification, etc.) that benefits the company, my pay reflects that.
Performance based pay means that I'm able to increase my compensation based on merit and effort. No politics, just performance!
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is communication and caring.
Everyone is willing to work together to come to the best solutions. Everyone takes the time to hear you out.
Everyone at CalTech tries to help others succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You won't find a better group of people looking to do something good. My values align with this company, so I am truly blessed to work with such great people.

What makes you most happy at work?
Coming to a place where everyone is on the same team, even if they're in different departments. Everyone has the same goal: to treat the customers right and help each other succeed.
I love that my work is challenging and that I get to make an impact. I love that I am trusted to do my job and that the owners truly care about the employees.
