It is a constant challenge as it is an ever changing work environment. We must keep current on new and changing products and customer issues.
How often do raises happen at Calumet Specialty Products Partners?
They don't. And we have taken a pay cut when the oil field was in a slump and have not gotten the entire amount back even though the work is back to normal. I have been with this company for 11 year and I have only had 3 raises and a pay cut twice due to lack of work for the company.
