What do you like best about the leadership team?
Visible cohesion, very low to non-existent politic
I had regular feebacks. I was able to discuss about my labor condition.
Our team have regular updates on monthly basis on ongoing projects.

Majority of Leadership Team was renewed early 2019, which now gives clearer view of strategic direction. Still a lot of work to do but I feel we are on the right track

All employee bonuses are aligned with company performance, which is smart

Very good mix of old-timers bringing lot of experience and fresh hires bringing lot of energy. After management change early 2019, new leadership structure pays much more attention to middle -managers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very good alignment between the different teams. Of course some improvements are still necessary, but overall management isn't afraid to make big changes to improve

We are quite autonomous. We are free enough in our actions.
