Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make a point to get to know every person who joins the company. They promote a blue-collar mentality, so they will bring employees coffee rather than an assistant bringing them coffee. They throw employee appreciation events on a quarterly basis and are extremely transparent with staff.
They are a great team and are super approachable

My base salary and annual bonus

We all wear many hats and never say "that's not my job". We all get along great!

Everyone treats each other with respect from the top down. We all enjoy working together.

I got to meet the entire executive team.
