What does the leadership team need to get better at?

respect their employees by not punishing first and asking questions later

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is no team. The only contact you have is a web form, which is generally ignored or automated

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Cambly needs to respect the teachers who are professional about their work, and not punish priority hours for issues beyond the employees control. One size doesn't fit all, and draconian bans on "priority hours" ruin your work experience. Its worse than disheartening, its downright disrespectful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Can work from home as "own boss", until problems crop up and you get punished for missing a reservation when its not your fault. In Cambly, you are "guilty until proven innocent", and good luck with proving your innocence, especially for technical problems like ISP outage.
