There is no leadership. There is no team. There is AI and atrocities galore.

The benefits are that I chose my own hours and can do as few or many hours a day that I want ususally.

There is no team. The only contact you have is a web form, which is generally ignored or automated
Have coworkers to collaborate and have meeting with. They need to exist first.
I get to meet some nice and neat children and people around the world which is about 15% of my Cambly time. The other 85% is men and their friends calling and not needing tutoring or academic instruction.
I do get to meet some neat children around the world but that is only momentary and doesn't repair the Cambly damage.
Can work from home as "own boss", until problems crop up and you get punished for missing a reservation when its not your fault. In Cambly, you are "guilty until proven innocent", and good luck with proving your innocence, especially for technical problems like ISP outage.

The world is converting to a Global Market where those who will work for the lowest dollar and ultimately setting the going rate for professionals and there is no governing entity for the Global Market and zero responsibility and never any accountability.
Cambly needs to respect the teachers who are professional about their work, and not punish priority hours for issues beyond the employees control. One size doesn't fit all, and draconian bans on "priority hours" ruin your work experience. Its worse than disheartening, its downright disrespectful.
