Great place to work for, but there is a lot of favortism and unfair management practices. The organization claims to care about diversity and equality but you can take one look at the organization and realize that is not the case. They are not progressive and management does not value staff opinions

Most individuals are truly passionate about certain causes. Others pretended to be for recognition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay was far too low, compared to that of my colleagues, and the benefits were terrible.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be transparent about the pay rate for the job. Do not have an age or color pay scale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team appeared to be creative and passionate. Although, there were one or two individuals who were a bit too competitive or overall sensitive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Value your staff more. Perhaps spend less time taking 'fluff' meetings, where they talk about their vacation homes and pets, and help your team succeed.
