Overall, the company has recently had new management, which has been a great improvement from the last. While moral did improve at the beginning of having new management, it seems to be declining because of the high or increasing work load.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More staff per patient ratio. Lesson the work load.

The overall positive attitude during the interview process was great.
What makes you most happy at work?
The population of the patients makes me the most happy. They are awesome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the leadership team is mainly considering the business side of the company only. The patients are considered second.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The direct care staff is great, it can be easy to see who all actually cares for the life of others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in the healthcare industry but have horrible healthcare benefits. No stock options, no 401k options or retirement. The people doing the brunt of the physical work gets the least of the benefits.
