What do you like best about the leadership team?
Drive, good ear and common sense
My team is very energetic,hard working & also very innovative in thinking
I feel the leadership team is mainly considering the business side of the company only. The patients are considered second.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in the healthcare industry but have horrible healthcare benefits. No stock options, no 401k options or retirement. The people doing the brunt of the physical work gets the least of the benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have great enthusiasm, but some lack focus
My team is very hardworking team & inovative team
The direct care staff is great, it can be easy to see who all actually cares for the life of others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many things, but the job / told has great retailers support
I am very happy with company & management staff
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More staff per patient ratio. Lesson the work load.

Having the chance to do sa presentation on a topic i love and know abput
The overall positive attitude during the interview process was great.
