Simon has a rich history around fleet starting back in 1997 with the Universal Group Fleet Solutions & Branding. In 2011, Simon ventured out and built the eDrive Group from scratch, the company quickly became a leading player in the Vehicle and Commercial Fleet Sector. Specialising in the installation and ProVision of Vehicle Cameras, Fleet & Insurance Telematics, along with a complete range of Vehicle SafetyTechnology, eDrive became a leading name for quality, scale and ability to deliver bespoke solutions for projects of all sizes, whether small or large.
Having grown the business to installing into 10,000 vehicles per month, we decided to sell eDrive in March 2016 to focus on our growing Vehicle CCTV business, 'Provision Vehicle Cameras' and our Fleet Branding Business 'Universal Graphics', both of which are leading the way in their respective industries.
Simon then Co-founded CameraMatics in 2016 with business partner Mervyn O’Callaghan. A successful serial entrepreneur, Simon eats, sleeps, and breathes CameraMatics and enjoys driving the company forward. A lifelong passion for trucking has shaped Simon into the perfect candidate to meet fleet operators, understand their operation and shape a company and products that exceed expectations, before expectations are even set.
