Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Full time work, better vacation, better benefit package.

Be paid in line with other similar facilities

We havent had a raise in about 5 years and they have talked about trying to roll what we do get paid, back. My wage hasnt kept up with inflation, so I basically make less money than I did 5 years ago. At a minimum, we should keep up with inflation.
