I love the donors! They make my day But the overall moral with the people i work with is not good!

Very good and safety is priority

The managemnet in calgary donor testing is toxic and not a good place to be. The managemnet is inconsistent and rules through micro managing their staff as well as bullying others. Staff does not feel respected or listened to. Work-life balance is never considered with how the schedule is done.

They listen and care about me and my concerns

They need to take management courses and stop doing the opposite of what any basic managemnet training would teach. Also if youre going to say youre doing something for staff appreciation, actually give the staff something they'd appreciate or it doesnt make you feel appreciated at all.

Full time work, better vacation, better benefit package.

Be paid in line with other similar facilities

We havent had a raise in about 5 years and they have talked about trying to roll what we do get paid, back. My wage hasnt kept up with inflation, so I basically make less money than I did 5 years ago. At a minimum, we should keep up with inflation.

People care about what they are doing

Great diversity, and happy people when working as a team to get the work day done.

The staff work hars to help each other where we can becauae managemnt does not. They make it feel like its them vs us. So, the great team is made up of all non-managemt staff only

They need to actually do there jobs! There is a lot of slacking, pretending to be busy and a lot of talking behind others back!

I work with the best people

Non-management staff supporting each other and doing non-work related activities together outside of work hours.

I dont remember it was more than a decade ago.

When I get to work side-by-side with one of my favourite coworkers.
