What do you like best about the leadership team?
Work as team together will be better
They are prepared, commited, helpful and transparent
They are smart enough and educated
They set a good example the best leaders ever
They are hardworking and also encourage the same traits in the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Look into change and how to best evolve as a company. And completely scrap how they measure performance at Canonical. Peer reviews do not work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, diverse, flexible, easy-going
They work best together as a team
The teams have string bond and are driving by the desire to deliver top notch output
Very collaborative and interactive team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop the toxicity in the work place. Working in cliques does not make for a quality work environment

Very personalized, you speak to the people you are going to work
The thoroughness and ample time given to candidates to express themselves. It is unprecedented!
