It has been the best job I have ever had
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been a wild ride that has taught me an insane amount of knowledge and skill to be able to be a top level UX Designer. I have never been a fan of working on something I do not necessarily care about (ie: Financial Technology) but I sure as hell enjoy working at Canopy.

They are fun to work with and enjoy making jokes. The humor is always there and make difficult and stressful work enjoyable.

Our value based on celebration. It is really awesome that everyone takes the time to shoutout hard work when it is done by anyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get underpaid compared to other people with my title. Leadership has verbally made the commitment to promote and give me a raise if certain goals are met.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I am mad or frustrated with things going on I can voice my opinion. Not always in the best delivery by me either, and it is received, thought over, and acted upon.
