Diversity of experiences and personalities! Some individuals have extensive experience in field as developers, testers, marketers, managers and more with different age ranges and backgrounds which keep the team fairly diverse and interesting!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The connection to the mission: Matt and Will are definitely busy trying to revolutionize how banking is done for posterity. They are also make sure to involve their team in their journey so every win and loss they feel on the way feels real and meaningful. It gives each and every task value!
