What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very good at what they do
Team driven and understanding of work life valance
They listen at least, even if they can't (or won't) do anything about it.

Working together and helping out when you a lead you should show the example
Organization, being proactive, working as a team, training
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pension I will receive is great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Vacation time is minimal with no growth in time
Being able to get paid weekly and able to get the bonuses that eveyone else does
The health insurance we are required to have through the company is expensive but doesn't cover much, as it's more of a catastrophic policy. So having other insurance options or even the option to not have it through the company would be appreciated.
The company is always finding ways not to pay employees. Commission pay is based on certain criteria that are uncontrollable by the employee
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are dedicated and responsible!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Help one another and be motivated and not wait until someone does the job for them
Continue pushing for better working conditions and the tools to fulfill job properly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall everyone supports and helos eaxh other
My immediate coworkers are the most positive
Money getting paid every other week
There is a teamwork makes the dream work mentality overall.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change whos a lead and get people that will actually do their work and go beyond that not somone who just stares at you while you work
Better training, less favoritism, more teamwork
Pay the employee for the job being performed rather than find ways not to pay. Sufficient tools to carry out job performance.

Easy questions quick to understand
They answered my questions and gave a good idea of what it's like to work here.

My employees and their dedication
Working alone and starting when I want to
More consistency on holding our staff accountsble
When I can actually feel like something was accomplished instead of jumping from task to task without being able to finish anything properly.
Working by myself in the warehouse section.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Staff people for the night shift need to hire more man to do the heavy work and being able to keep up with a good pace
Better tools to fulfill job properly. And pay employees rather than holding them accountable for uncontrollable circumstances.
