Not a good plave to work. This place is like high school the senior management sits around and talks nasty about employees openly in the office. And if you complain about anything the way you're treated food safety not being paid you will be retaliated against and fired.

Superb work with others and customers

Work hours vary by week, your expected to be in 2-3 places at once. They are more reactive than proactive.

They are very good at what they do

They listen at least, even if they can't (or won't) do anything about it.

They need to completely rebuild their management team and get rid of everyone that currently works there. That's a mean girls movie in real life.

Working together and helping out when you a lead you should show the example

They use their salary employees as gophers. They are overworked and underpaid.

Vacation time is minimal with no growth in time

Being able to get paid weekly and able to get the bonuses that eveyone else does

The health insurance we are required to have through the company is expensive but doesn't cover much, as it's more of a catastrophic policy. So having other insurance options or even the option to not have it through the company would be appreciated.

The company is always finding ways not to pay employees. Commission pay is based on certain criteria that are uncontrollable by the employee

Help one another and be motivated and not wait until someone does the job for them

Continue pushing for better working conditions and the tools to fulfill job properly.

They need to replace all their senior management, especially their general manager their HR lady sits around and badmouth people openly. You can't go and complain because as soon as you walk away, they are going to be talking about you amongst their selves in the office.

Change whos a lead and get people that will actually do their work and go beyond that not somone who just stares at you while you work

Better training, less favoritism, more teamwork

Pay the employee for the job being performed rather than find ways not to pay. Sufficient tools to carry out job performance.

Tell the truth to the employees that you're looking to hire and don't lie and make it sound like that job is something it's not

My employees and their dedication

Working alone and starting when I want to

More consistency on holding our staff accountsble

When I can actually feel like something was accomplished instead of jumping from task to task without being able to finish anything properly.

Working by myself in the warehouse section.

Staff people for the night shift need to hire more man to do the heavy work and being able to keep up with a good pace

Better tools to fulfill job properly. And pay employees rather than holding them accountable for uncontrollable circumstances.
