Vacation time is minimal with no growth in time
Being able to get paid weekly and able to get the bonuses that eveyone else does
The health insurance we are required to have through the company is expensive but doesn't cover much, as it's more of a catastrophic policy. So having other insurance options or even the option to not have it through the company would be appreciated.
The company is always finding ways not to pay employees. Commission pay is based on certain criteria that are uncontrollable by the employee

Help one another and be motivated and not wait until someone does the job for them

They need to replace all their senior management, especially their general manager their HR lady sits around and badmouth people openly. You can't go and complain because as soon as you walk away, they are going to be talking about you amongst their selves in the office.

Change whos a lead and get people that will actually do their work and go beyond that not somone who just stares at you while you work
Better training, less favoritism, more teamwork
Pay the employee for the job being performed rather than find ways not to pay. Sufficient tools to carry out job performance.

Working alone and starting when I want to
More consistency on holding our staff accountsble
When I can actually feel like something was accomplished instead of jumping from task to task without being able to finish anything properly.
Working by myself in the warehouse section.
Staff people for the night shift need to hire more man to do the heavy work and being able to keep up with a good pace
Better tools to fulfill job properly. And pay employees rather than holding them accountable for uncontrollable circumstances.
