My interviews was done by an audition from the trainer. It was that day I got the job, once it was approve by the gaming commission...which was less than an hour. And started working the next week.

It is very flexible. But they also allow employees to work with each other if they need time switches or days off.

Not really sure. I started and basically had an audition. No real interview. Now they do have a system in play, but I am unaware of the questions they ask in the interviews today.

In the beginning they really did not have interviews in our department, now they have a nice process of doing auditions and then after sit down and have an interview. Not sure what the questions are asked in the interview.

They have been expanding different departments, adding more promotions, and remodeling.

Customer service! Great customer service, and the skills to be able to deal with negative situations.

only know of one layoff, I believe the company did the minimal they could possibly do. I think they truly went about it the best they could by making changes also with employees so they did not have to lay off as many people.

Hard to say for each department. But there is definitely favoritism throughout the department. Which effects moral and people feeling discouraged to wanting to try for a higher opportunity.

Better marketing, Beverage service needs improvement. Friendly and helpful staff. Needs hotel and a sit down restaurant.
