Yes ! Undervalued and not paid fairly
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co workers are not a problem it's the executive team
Kind caring staff and mid level providers
Kindness and loyalty towards each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People who don't pull their own weight are allowed to get away with goofing off, while those who do it all are getting burned out and treated like garbage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Still have employees that will do there jobs even when being badly managed
Strong team work and sense of humor

Perform a neutral process, removing politics from the hiring process.
Treat nurses like individual candidates during the interview/hiring process, rather than just another managerial task to get through

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hired good managers and supervisors and pay them better. And address the toxic enviroment
Lack of supportive management, lack of teamwork, dissatisfied patients but we're the only game in town
