Yes, strongly undervalued. They do not treat their employees fairly. There is gender inequality within the organization. What would make feel better about my compensation is paying according to the years in the company, knowledge, skills duties and responsibilities that come with your role.
We are always working Saturdays and being taken from spending time with our families. If you take on extra tasks you get no extra compensation for it they expect you to just do it. There raise system is rediculas you don't get a raise based on performance you get a flat 2% of your hourly rate
Spend alot of money on the company but very poor yearly raises
