What do you like best about the leadership team?They are actively looking to improve and have asked the employees for their help in generating ideas on "better ways to work."
What is the best part about your compensation package?The benefits are excellent. Open vacation policy and a 401k with a generous match and immediate vesting. The compensation seems to meet or beat the market.
