What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are excellent. Open vacation policy and a 401k with a generous match and immediate vesting. The compensation seems to meet or beat the market.

The open door policy isn't just lip service. Leadership is approachable. They may not seek you out for conversation, but they will make time for you and address your questions.
