What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership really does care about their employees and strives to make Capstone a great place to work. Life/work balance is better than any other company I've ever worked for!
There is a lot of knowledge within the leadership team as well as experience. They're able to challenge each other and look for the best solution. Other ideas are not only accepted, they're requested.

Honest. Jim is such a nice honest guy. I don't think there is a bad bone in his body.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is fair for the market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are expensive (health). Other benefits (PTO, work remotely) are outstanding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We treat each other with respect and kindness, while still being honest. I think people are receptive to coaching and/or new ideas.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do events that include both employees and consultants. That is rare in this industry.

I have a great team and great projects. Capstone allow me to work in different industries on cutting edge projects and with top customers.
We all want to do the right things and be successful. You don't feel like you're dragging someone along with you.
We're given the opportunity to solve the challenging problems of our customers using the latest technology while working closely with leading partner companies.
