401 k match, fairness of company part of all benefits

401K match and bonus for sure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everything is structured to benefit the top execs. Hard work, dedication & loyalty are not enough. Employees are just numbers and viewed as leaches on the budget, eventhough we are the backbone of the company. Top execs reep all rewards. Have to justify for time taken for necessary appointments.

Just sad to say least
