What did you like most about the interview process?It was quick. I only did 2 interviews. One with a recruiter and another with VP of Marketing.
What makes you most happy at work?Given new opportunities to learn and grow my career. Working with awesome people.
What are some of the best things about your team?Collaborative, smart, and talented. It's always a group effort to ensure initiatives are completed and done on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Everything is structured to benefit the top execs. Hard work, dedication & loyalty are not enough. Employees are just numbers and viewed as leaches on the budget, eventhough we are the backbone of the company. Top execs reep all rewards. Have to justify for time taken for necessary appointments.
