What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. A few of the warehouse leads are awesome and step up more than they should have to. But that alone is why I ranked 5 and not 1
Our leadership team is transparent.
My manager and sup are pretty sweet
They try to get to know people and keep it friendly and positive.

We all agree about our mgmt so we all tend to step up where needed
Our team members are smart, always willing to help, professional - but also fun to have a beer with.

The people I work with
The people make the culture. I work with other passionate people, who enjoy a new technical challenge, pick up new tech quickly, and go above and beyond to help out coworkers and clients.
So far I have been myself, expressed my views and openly expressed emotion and all is well
