Massive pay inequity within peer groups, it would be great to have more pay transparency. Company should switch 401k plan so highly compensated employees do not have their contributions capped.
I believe I am low compared to my peers, and there seems to be inequity in compensation packages across the organization.
The insurance is to expensive, wish they would go to a lower rate insurance with lower deductible
