Mr. Ashish Ghia has been Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Career Education Corporation since February 2016 and September 21, 2017 respectively. Mr. Ghia has been an invaluable member of finance team for nearly a decade and his deep knowledge of industry and operations makes him well-suited for this leadership role. He joined Career Education in June 2008 and served in various financial planning and analysis roles of increasing responsibility including Vice President Finance since February 2016. He served as a Business Finance Manager with Sears Holdings Corporation from 2006 to 2008 and also held associate positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Ernst & Young.
