sick,vacations days and medical benefits
They pay well but tend to have a revolving door of employees.
I like the paid time off and holiday pay

The hours are long and more compensation would make me feel better about my lack of work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we work well together and try to help each other out
The feeling of family that we have together
We actually mentor and help each other. Our manager has excellent people skills.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaboration isn’t necessarily encouraged and it is more of a dog eat dog environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
helping prospective students enroll in college.
The people are great, management just pushes too hard.
