Leadership needs to acknowledge the work being done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make enough to to put a roof over my familie's heads and to feed them everynight. I make enough to put a roof over my famiies's heads at night and I am am able to fee them as well. Sure I'd like to have more time off to go swimming with the familyand

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are out to get each other to prove their worth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the job is I am working from home.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It is the the customers on the phones that bring down morale in the work place. So if we could do a better job at raising customer satisfaction, then company morale would raise as well.
