  • The Cargo Store does not require any downloads or signup to use.Cargo does not have a dedicated Driver app in the App or Play Store, although there is a Rider app available for interested pax.

    The Cargo Store can only be accessed at www.cargo.menu, or through the app if your rider has it downloaded.

  • Step 1:Sign up for Cargo. Apply here. There are two ways to sign up with Cargo:

    Sign up with your Uber Account. If you sign up with your Uber Account, the approval process is automatic.

    Sign up with your email. We will ask you to manually send us proof of your driver stats.

    Step 2: Enter your contact information. Please provide your phone number, shipping address, companies you drive for (Uber, Lyft, Via, etc.), and the estimated number of hours you drive per week.

    Step 3: Enter your bank information. Cargo requires the completed bank information to release your earnings directly into your bank account. You will be required to provide your bank routing and account numbers, your social security number and birthdate. Why do we require a debit or credit card?Cargo does not require a debit or credit card on-file. For more information, see Cancellation. Cargo has a partnership with Velo Payments, Inc. to process all payments and encrypted bank information.Cargo does not store any sensitive information.

  • Step 1: Access the Cargo Store. There are three ways of accessing the Cargo Store.

    Web Link. Go to www.cargo.menu and enter your Cargo Store ID.

    QR Code. Use the camera app to scan the QR code and it will take you directly to the Cargo Menu.

    Snapcode. Use the Snapchat app to scan the Snapcode and it will take you directly to the Cargo Menu.

    The QR Code and Snapcode are available in select markets only. Drivers with a QR code will not have a Snapcode and vice versa.

    Step 2: Add to cart. Riders tap the products to add them to their cart. A number appears on the top right of the product to show how many products are added to their cart. They can tap on the minus button to reduce the number of items in their cart.

    Step 3: Checkout. Riders have a few ways of paying for their items.We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Venmo. If the cart is filled just with free products, it bypasses the checkout screen and gives them the thank you page.

    Step 4: Confirmation. You will receive a text of the rider's order.

    Step 5: Handout. Please handout the product/s only when stopped at a safe location.

  • Cargo is completely free.Driversdo not pay anything to use Cargo. There are no monthly fees or commitments. We provide the Cargo Store web app, the free Cargo Box and assortment of products to upgrade the rideshare service so drivers don't have to.

  • The Cargo Box is the property of Cargo Systems Inc. You are prohibited in tampering, modifying, or destroying the box. Any violations can be a grounds for an immediate termination of service.

  • By default, new items are automatically added to the menu 4 hours after the shipment is delivered or you can manually add the products in the Cargo App to add them sooner.Adding New Items through the Cargo App. Sign in to the Cargo App and go to the Shipments tab. Scroll down to your inventory and click on + Add to menu for each product you received in your shipment.

  • You will need to enter your bank account information in the Direct Deposit section. Currently, only approved drivers will be able to enter their payout information.

    Cargo will then pay you via direct deposit once per week, with payments triggered every Monday (please note that it may take up to 2-4 business days for payments to be processed by some banks).

  • If you have extra products in your trunk, please refill the Cargo box. We track your inventory and automatically create a shipment order when needed. New items will get delivered directly to your listed shipping address.

    Please make sure that each transaction goes through www.cargo.menu so the system can accurately track your inventory levels.

  • All orders on your box must come from the device of a passenger using your rideshare services.

    You are only allowed to order one (1) item per day. However, this transaction will not count towards your earnings.

    Drivers may not complete any transactions on airport property.

  • If you no longer wish to use Cargo, contact our support team by email at [email protected] and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send back the box. As long as we receive both the box and the products inside, youwon'tbe charged a penny!

  • In the event of a service cancellation, drivers are asked to return all unused products and provided equipment. Cargo will provide the return shipping labels. Any unreturned items and equipment will result in a fee.

    We ask that the box be returned within seven days of deactivation, and facilitate the return with the pre-paid shipping label that can be processed through UPS services. There is an Unreturned Equipment Fee that will be applied if the box is not returned within this time, but the charge will be refunded if the box is eventually returned.

  • Earn a bonus for each activated driver who signs up with your referral shortcode. Referral bonuses are not paid out until the referred driver makes their first sale and will be included in the following Monday's pay. Sign in to the Cargo App and go to the Invite tab. Refer drivers to Cargo by following the instructions below.
