What do you like best about the leadership team?
Wonderful company that has a terrific culture that believes in promoting within and investing in the growth of it's employees.
I like how forward thinking they are. Many companies in our field have gone under due to unstainable growth and COVID. CW leadership made smart choices and the company has been able to weather both the storms.
The leadership team is transparent and focused on finding solutions that best fit the team's needs. The culture of hospitality as a service extends not only to clients but to the team members as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous paid time off! Matching 401K! 12 paid holidays off.
I love the coverage of the health insurance options and number of paid holidays.
The health care benefits are top notch!

The openness and profession respect between colleagues and staff.
We work well and efficiently together. My manager understands our strengths and weaknesses and assigns us projects and deadlines that fit us well.
My teams is hands on and always looking at ways to help one another.

Carr believes in team work & respect.
You have the opportunity to move into any department that you are qualified to work in. Its great knowing that hard work and good interpersonal skills are recognized by our leadership.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The positive interaction and each team member who interviewed me were invested in the moment and how they spoke of the company and opportunity.
What I liked most about my first interview was getting a chance to meet the team I would be working with as part of the in-person interview process. The face that my manager understood that the interview wasn't just to see if they liked me for the position but that I would gel well with my coworkers
The best part was getting to meet multiple people within the company in addition to just the person interviewing me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching my employees grow and develop. Also helping small businesses grow and be successful while we help them navigate their journey.
The fact that I can work with people not only at my company but our sister companies as well. My colleagues on the whole are outgoing and motivated which make this a fun experience.
