Very excited with the growth that Carrington College offers me in my career.

I have grown a lot at this organization. I really enjoy developing new skills and learning and I feel like I am able to do so because of my director and VP. They are extremely intelligent, hands on and truly believe in the growth and development of not only our team, but me as an individual.

The understand we are people first. People, before employees.

I have had a great experience. I am very lucky to have the role I do at Carrington College and enjoy working here.
