Management is basically poorly educated who are willing to trade their ethics for dollars and push employees to mislead customers
The pay is literally $2 more than fast food workers make and it would be better if you're not expected to mislead customers

We refuse to pay for repairs that would be covered by any other service contract and leave our customers high and dry all the time
