What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits for this company are fantastic. That is one of the things this company does well. The HR team does a great job of making sure they are inclusive in the benefits available.
Fair, generous and the whole experience of involved ownership makes me proud to be part of this company for nearly 20 years!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits available for employees and the work perks are great. I think more employees would prefer a wage increase though instead of excessive company swag and events.
