More tangible benefits - medical, more annual leave to make up for long work hours expected to complete workload with minimal staff
If we weren't expected to work overtime every week, compensation would be fair. But it's not fair when 12 hour days are expected.

Senior management needs to be let go and the board of directors needs to fire the CEO.
