What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get rid of the elderly people that have been with the company over 25 years.
Making decisions and carry out a clear vision
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is good enough that i could leave this place at any time and be quite comfortable for awhile.
The pay is just fine but could be more competitive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I need to get as far away from casio as possible.
To be at the same level at other similar companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
Positive attitude with strong will for compliance
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A meeting every week would be helpful, there has never been a team meeting.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The very elderly (65 years of age and above) need to be removed from the company asap, their ideas are outdated as are their morals.
Less meetings, make decisions, stop chase after non-promising opportunities
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made the decision very quickly
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop making the interview all about being pals, dont ask questions about guitars and motorcycles, stick with the job, i am not your friend and never will be.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The elderly employees are corrupt and are holding the american portion of the company back.
