Maeve O'Meara — Senior Vice President of Products at Castlight Health

Ms. Maeve O'Meara serves as Senior Vice President of Products at Castlight Health, Inc. Ms. O'Meara is responsible for product strategy and the product roadmap. She served as an Associate at Highland Capital Partners. She focused on healthcare investments. Prior to joining Highland, she served as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked primarily in the healthcare and consumer products practice areas. While at Bain, she advised clients on acquisitions and developed growth and go-to-market strategies across the U.S. and Europe. She has also worked for a private hospital and the National Health System in Costa Rica for six months. She spent time at Generation Health, where she led original product design and development. Ms. O'Meara holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
