What do you like best about the leadership team?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership need to be fair and set realistic expectations.
Leadership is a joke. They keep hiring and firing leadership, changing their role titles etc. Far worse however, are the egos in leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great equity program, Unlimited PTO, good bonus structure
Restricted stock units given out regularly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base payment should be good
They should pay more based on the workload and long hours. As leadership sets impossible deadlines, working long hours is required.
Castlight's compensation is based too highly on education pedigree.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone cares about eachother and helps

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything in this company be is politics now. Managers always side with their "own people", only people within their circle gets promoted.
Very reactionary culture. Take the time to plan and mitigate/predict risk, instead of just responding to fires.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is good and helping each other
Castlight used to have a great culture, but there was a sudden change when the new management took over sometime around late 2016/ early-mid 2017.
We're enabled to do our best. I also love how inclusive they are to all.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Castlight has a pretty toxic culture. Most people you talk to in the company will express discontentment. Turnover is super high.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparency, responsiveness and they hear us out

Being a part of company that is making a big difference within the industry.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are just starting to realize the goal of the company is to be acquired so the senior execs can collect a paycheck. That's all.
