It used to be very positive, but it turned downhill and keeps on getting worse now. It's ridiculous that they have layoffs every year, but will still hire new people after a few months.

The leadership need to be fair and set realistic expectations.

The questions that they ask are reasonable based on the position you're applying for.

They should pay more based on the workload and long hours. As leadership sets impossible deadlines, working long hours is required.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything in this company be is politics now. Managers always side with their "own people", only people within their circle gets promoted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Castlight used to have a great culture, but there was a sudden change when the new management took over sometime around late 2016/ early-mid 2017.
