Neeraj Gupta — Senior Vice President of Engineering at Castlight Health

Mr. Neeraj Gupta has been an Senior Vice President of Engineering at Castlight Health, Inc. since August 2016. Mr. Gupta has over 20 years of software industry experience across diverse technologies: databases, cloud computing, SaaS, mobile and graphics. Before joining Castlight, he was senior vice president for product and engineering at Apcera, an industry leader for providing a secure and trusted cloud platform. He served as Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering of Appcelerator, Inc and served as its Vice President of Engineering since January 2013. Mr. Gupta served as a Vice President of Engineering at Real Dice Inc. (also known as Particle Code, Inc.) and also served as its Senior Director of Engineering. He was responsible for Particle Code's engineering teams worldwide, overseeing the development of the Particle SDK product. He held technical roles at Informix and other companies. He served as a Director of Engineering at SpikeSource. He was at Oracle for over 10 years in the Server Technologies division. At Oracle, he was responsible for architecting and managing Windows and .NET Data Access product lines. He managed engineering teams across the globe including in the USA, India and China. He holds an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science from IET India and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
