pay me $.80 cent on the dollar for every dollar i bring in, instead of $.30 on the dollar.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The initiative that everyone takes is awesome!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the fun things planned by our executives and culture team. We do quarterly fun events, quarterly team building + have a number of other great things we do.
The company cares a lot about the culture and the work environment. They are the only company I have ever worked that has a "culture director"
