- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Our product is research but we position it as a data platform. Then we don't have enough data or research for our customers.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?There is no clear company culture. The People team is a joke. Their big project was to replace of our 4H values with 5H. This was a huge waste of time. There is no real focus or recognition on culture. The brand is fun, the culture is not.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Company is stingy on pay and equity. They are very cheap.
