What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are a few great hires that really push the team forward.
Great planning, high communication and transparency
they are kind and mean well
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The top brass is not inspiring in any way. The COO is a condescending tool who never answers anything directly. The senior leadership is too good for everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base + reasonable numbers to hit your annual number
bonus plus equity combo is a good package
Paid time off, OneMedical membership, Headspace membership
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company is stingy on pay and equity. They are very cheap.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people here are very nice and approachable.
Really hungry and coachable folks who are always willing to help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s hard as heck but it feels like we are building something b
Really solid orientation towards collaboration and internal support
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is no clear company culture. The People team is a joke. Their big project was to replace of our 4H values with 5H. This was a huge waste of time. There is no real focus or recognition on culture. The brand is fun, the culture is not.

We try very hard to keep the process streamlined, and regularly iterate for improvements

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our product is research but we position it as a data platform. Then we don't have enough data or research for our customers.
