Ms. Farzana Khaleel, CPA serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of CBL Holdings I, Inc. Ms. Khaleel has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. since September 10, 2012. She served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at CBL & Associates Properties Inc. from January 1, 2010 to September 10, 2012. Ms. Khaleel served as Senior Vice President of Finance at CBL & Associates Properties Inc. from September 2000 to January 1, 2010 and joined it in 2000. Ms. Khaleel served as an Officer at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in Atlanta, Georgia, having joined it in 1983 and during her tenure there from 1994 to 2000, she served as Deputy Portfolio Manager for Equitable Life Assurance Society portfolio of real estate mortgages. From 1976 to 1982, she served as the Assistant Treasurer at IRT Property Company. During her service with Equitable, Ms. Khaleel held various positions from 1982 to 2000. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Georgia. She received her MBA in Accounting, a MS in Real Estate and Urban Affairs and BBA degree in Economics from Georgia State University.
