Executive Bio
Mr. Howard B. Grody has been Senior Vice President of Leasing at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. since June 17, 2008 and served as its Vice President of Mall Leasing from 2000 to June 2008. Mr. Grody assuming leasing responsibilities for CBL's three Nashville-area malls. He served as Vice President of Mall Leasing of CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. from 2000 to June 2008, where he oversaw the leasing activity and deal approval process for the CBL mall portfolio and participating in strategic planning for redevelopments and expansions. Mr. Grody joined CBL in 1991 as a Leasing Manager, primarily focused on the leasing efforts for the Turtle Creek Mall development in Hattiesburg, MS, which opened in 1994. Prior to CBL, Mr. Grody served with Sizeler Real Estate Properties and R. G. Foster & Associates. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Tulane University.
