What needs to change to make the company culture better?The CEO needs to retire. The company was on a good trajectory, but he is tanking the main business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is a joke. Certain teams make good money, but others are undervalued. Asking for a raise is like pulling teeth. If you are talented in your role, don't expect to go anywhere... They know you can't be replaced.
