Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is a joke. Certain teams make good money, but others are undervalued. Asking for a raise is like pulling teeth. If you are talented in your role, don't expect to go anywhere... They know you can't be replaced.

The staff employees are amazing.

The CEO needs to retire. The company was on a good trajectory, but he is tanking the main business.

I appreciated the friendly and respectful atmosphere, which made the interview feel more like a meaningful conversation.

Seeing my efforts make a positive impact and being part of a supportive, growth-focused team makes me happiest at work.

CEO needs to retire. Let others who know how to run a business step in and make it successful.
