Insurance is really good and cost efficient in my opinion. 401k match is reasonable.

They won't promote to avoid paying overtime

I think pay needs to be more in align with other markets or competitors in the market.

I would like to be paid enough to not have to decide between buying groceries once a month or paying for heat.

I don't feel empowered to help our end customer. All I am suppose to do is harrass them for more money.

I've been with the company over a decade and have not received even a cost of living pay increase in years
