He has absolutely no concern for his customers' well being. It is all about cash flow and the almighty dollar.

In the five years I have been with Ccs ,I have only received one raise. There is a huge lack of communication between team leads and upper management due to the department being ruled with an "iron fist." Managers and supervisors need to be evaluated. It's not always the loyal employee.
