Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think pay needs to be more in align with other markets or competitors in the market.
I would like to be paid enough to not have to decide between buying groceries once a month or paying for heat.
I don't feel empowered to help our end customer. All I am suppose to do is harrass them for more money.
I've been with the company over a decade and have not received even a cost of living pay increase in years

We work remotely so we're not together
Use proper grammar/spelling - notes should be entered correcty

too much pressure to do more with less

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Do what you say and follow the golden rule
Revamp the billing system, so customers get an itemized invoice for product shipped. Assign representatives to run interference for customers that have issues.
